This Lassi is rose-flavoured.

But, there are various companies who do treachery with some fake Gulkand. It is a bit expensive product, so purchase Branded only!!

Lassi is my favourite drink in Summer.

The combination of Yogurt and Gulkand makes it a perfect summer cooler drink.

About the Recipe

Gulkand Lassi is a rose flavoured twist of the traditional lassi. This is a divine Recipe.

It is a perfect drink to be served in Breakfast.

Step by Step Recipe

Take 2 cups of thick Yogurt, 2 tbsp Gulkand, a tbsp of Rosewater, a tbsp Sugar in a Blender Jar.

Add a cup of Milk and few cubes of ice in it.

Blend to mix well for 5 minutes until a thick froth appears on the Lassi.

Serve in a Glass and Garnished with silvered Pistachios and Rose Petals.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups thick Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Gulkand
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Rosewater
  • 1 tbsp silverd Pistachios

Instructions

  • Take 2 cups of thick Yogurt, 2 tbsp Gulkand, a tbsp of Rosewater, a tbsp Sugar in a jar of Blender.
  • Add a cup of Milk and few cubes of ice in it. Blend to mix well for 5 minutes until a thick froth appears on the Lassi.
  • Serve in a Glass and Garnished with silvered Pistachios.

Notes

To make much thicker Lassi, avoid using Blender, whisk the Lassi with Handheld Balloon whisk.
Gulkand is already sweetened, you can avoid sugar too or can reduce the amount of Sugar in your Lassi.
