Step by Step Recipe
Take 2 cups of thick Yogurt, 2 tbsp Gulkand, a tbsp of Rosewater, a tbsp Sugar in a Blender Jar.
Add a cup of Milk and few cubes of ice in it.
Blend to mix well for 5 minutes until a thick froth appears on the Lassi.
Serve in a Glass and Garnished with silvered Pistachios and Rose Petals.

- 2 cups thick Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Gulkand
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Rosewater
- 1 tbsp silverd Pistachios
- Take 2 cups of thick Yogurt, 2 tbsp Gulkand, a tbsp of Rosewater, a tbsp Sugar in a jar of Blender.
- Add a cup of Milk and few cubes of ice in it. Blend to mix well for 5 minutes until a thick froth appears on the Lassi.
