Have you ever wondered how many bucks you are wasting for this easy Cold Coffee? I mean, you can easily make it at home too.

This decedent Coffee is a true treat in Summer, even in winter too.

I am obsessed with good coffee and my brother is a big-time Cold Coffee Lover. So, I made this throughout the year.

When I was little, my Mum used to make this Cold Coffee along with Noodles for us. But her version was little twisted, She usually loads our coffee with lots of choco chunks. And I am a big fan of that too. Whenever I go home now, my Mum still made that version for us all.

I will definitely share her recipe too!!


Right Now, let’s focus on this style of making Coffee.

Well, Nobody wants to compromise with the taste of their mug of Coffee. Each and Every sip has to be Perfect!! Right?

About this Cafe Style Cold Coffee

Well, in Cafes, Roasted Beans of Coffee are used. But don’t worry, if you are not having this. An Instant Coffee or Coffee of brands like Bru or Nescafe will work perfectly here.

You can use Electric Grinder or Electric Whisker. To create layers of air in a coffee, these equipment are used.

Trust Me, This Coffee is going to be:

Frothy

Creamy

Silky

Above all, Insanely Delicious and Refreshing.

I just love this method of making Cold Coffee. It saves a lot of time and refreshes my mind in no minute.

Small Tips

The most lovable thing about this coffee is, you can adjust the concentration of this Coffee.

Just Adjust the ratio of water to coffee as per to hit the Perfect Balance for you.

To make your Coffee thicker, reduce ice cubes in it.

But, if you want to make a creamy, thick cold coffee, you should not add ice cubes to the coffee. After pouring the coffee, place the Glass in a Bowl full of Icecubes and then place the bowl in Refrigerator.

By doing so, will not disturb the concentration and your Coffee will be much thicker and Creamier.

Step by Step Recipe with Pictures

Take two tablespoons of coffee powder in a cup. Heat 2 tablespoons of water in a Pan. When the water comes to boil, pour it in the cup. Whisk the mixture with your hand for a minute. You will start seeing air bubbles on the mixture.

Now Pour the Coffee mixture in a blender jar. You can directly make the coffee mixer in Blender too. Add 2 tablespoon of sugar and Blend them together in the grinder for 2 minutes. You will see froth coming on it.

Add a few ice cubes and a glass of cold, chilled milk (around 300ml). Blend for some 2-3 minutes until you get a beautiful layer of froth over the coffee.

Now, add 2-3 ice cubes in the glass and Pour the Coffee Mixture in the Glass. You can top your coffee with a scoop of your favorite vanilla or butterscotch ice cream too(optional).

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Coffee Powder
  • 2 tbsp Luke Warm Water
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 Glass Milk; Chiled
  • 7-8 Icecubes

Instructions

  • Take two tablespoons of coffee powder in a cup.

  • Now Pour the Coffee mixture in a Blendder jar. You can directly make the coffee mixer in blender too.
  • Add 2 tablespoon of sugar and Blend them together ifurther for 2 minutes. You will see froth coming on it..
  • Add a few ice cubes and around 2 glasses of cold, chilled milk (around 300ml). Blend for 2-3 minutes until you get a beautiful layer of froth over the coffee.
  • Now, add 2-3 ice cubes in the glass and Pour the Coffee Mixture in the Glass.
  • You can top your coffee with a scoop of your favorite vanilla or butterscotch ice cream too(optional).

Notes

If you are using Coffee Beans, Make Sure to Coarsely Ground it first. Nothing Tastes like freshly grounded coffee.
The choice of the amount of Sugar depends upon you. If you are a Sweettooth Person, you can add more to it. The addition of more sugar can suppress the strength of Coffee. So, this much Sugar was fine for me!!
To adjust the concentration of the coffee, Adjust the ratio of water to coffee as per to hit the Perfect Balance for you.
